About the Book
Terlu was a lonely librarian, isolated by her job from her family. Terlu created a sentient spider plant, Caz, to keep her company but was soon punished for the misuse of forbidden magic. Years later, our story picks up on a remote island with hundreds of greenhouses and a very confused Terlu. She reluctantly accepts help from a mysterious, strange gardener on the island. Terlu is determined to help him save the magical greenhouses and set things right while hiding from the empire. Terlu must work alongside the gardener to discover the island's secrets while learning that friendship and belonging are possible for her.
Quick Review (Spoiler Free)
I have been impatiently waiting for this book since the moment I learned of it’s creation. I absolutely loved The Spellshop. I thought it was such a unique read that it couldn’t be replicated. However, I now don’t know which of the two books in this world I love the most. The Enchanted Greenhouse is a cozy, imaginative, and light-hearted read. It combines different aspects of fantasy with an absolutely adorable romance. The magic greenhouses, the sentient plants, the slow burn relationship, and all the twists and turns in between were so beautiful. This book is such a wholesome tale of love, learning, and acceptance.

Now, let's get into the details!!
I was absolutely heartbroken when Netgalley sent me the denial for my request of the eARC for The Enchanted Greenhouse. And then absolutely delighted when a few days later I got the approval for the audiobook! I have been waiting for more of Caz's background and even though this doesn't involve him as much, we get to see his creator's story.
Terlu in a way is just as adorable as Kiela was in book one. They both have a very calm, quiet personality while also being stubborn as hell. Which I absolutely love. Yarrow is an odd duck compared to Larran so I liked that we were able to see different relationship dynamics even with similar FMCs.
I'm still hoping that we will get a book about Bryn at some point. I'm excited to see how many installments this series will have.
Narration Comments
Caitlin Davies is back again to narrate this book. She does a great job at keeping the readers attention, bringing the characters to life, and putting feeling into the situations as she reads. I thoroughly enjoyed her narration of The Spellshop and even more so The Enchanted Greenhouse.
