About the Book
Isla reluctantly agrees to spend Christmas with her estranged sister Clara and her husband. After their mother's death and the years of silence, Isla is hesitant to believe this visit doesn't have a hidden agenda. A snowstorm comes in once at the mountain retreat and the sisters must learn to work together again to survive the night... and more importantly, who they can trust.
Quick Review (Spoiler Free)
Isla and her husband go to her estranged sister’s house in the middle of nowhere for Christmas break. What could go wrong? The story had a good concept for a holiday short story. It got predictable pretty quickly but still kept my interest! It's not the best thriller I've read but it wasn't a bad read either.
