About the Book
Bryn wins a free trip to the ultra-luxe Nightfall hotel and casino in Las Vegas. She wakes up after a drunken night at the bar and finds herself married to the sexy billionaire who owns the hotel, Caiden Verran. She soon learns that he is more mysterious than he seemed because he is actually royalty-the fae king of the Night Court-and that there are entire worlds she didn't know existed beneath Vegas. Bryn soon finds herself tethered to Caiden in more ways than she knows.
Quick Review (Spoiler Free)
The plotline for this book was pretty good. I enjoyed the twists and turns as the story progressed. The romance wasn't terrible. I really wasn't a fan of the back and forth feelings that the MMC went through. His lack of trust in people definitely affected the romance plot for me. The characters were written well and I would be willing to read the remainder of the trilogy to learn more about each of the other brothers.Â

Now, let's get into the details!!
This story had a lot of potential to dive into Fae kingdoms and the royalty storyline underneath the romance and while it touched a little bit on it, there just wasn't enough for me to be completely hooked.
We got to see Caiden's brothers who I assume the other two books focus on but other than Finnion, I really couldn't care about the side characters. It felt like the story was given a fantasy aspect just to satisfy the tether between the two main characters. It just fell a little flat for me.
