Sept 2025 Wrap Up

This month was a whirlwind. Work got busy but then I had a road trip to Tennessee which let me catch up on reading. I really thought this would end up being a slow read month but man… some of these I could not put down.

Reading Progress

This month, I made it through four total books since I did not finish How to Be Perfect this month as expected. I almost had to DNF that merely for the fact that I didn’t think I could read and retain high level philosophy. This was my Friends and Fables read (this is what my BFF and I are going to call our book club). I signed up for one ARC but was never approved or denied so I ended up not reading that one. I absolutely devoured Phantasma and Enchantra on my road trip. I finished Draco Malfoy and the Mortifying Ordeal of Being in Love after binding a trophy copy for my bookshelf a couple months back. Once Upon a Broken Heart is the book club pick for Tome’s Unofficial House of Reason book.

Favorite Book of the Month

Hands down… Enchantra. I still do not want this one to be over. I want to be able to experience more of this story and the characters. I am absolutely in love with this book. I keep thinking about it and want sooooo much more.
