I really got behind this month. I ended up not reading much at all, sadly. I am starting a book club with one of my best friends for August, have the House of Reason book club book, and at least 2 arcs for August.
Reading Progress
I read one ARC this month, Will She Choose, and one YA retelling that has been on my TBR, Go the Distance. I am really enjoying the Twisted Tales series of Disney stories.
Favorite Book of the Month
My favorite this month was Will She Choose. I am a sucker for a love triangle and this one definitely delivered. This romance has a love triangle, small town, slow burn, and friends to lovers. The spice level in this book is uniquely written; the author indicates spicy scenes that allow the reader to skip them if they don’t want to read it without missing any of the story.
