June 2025 Wrap Up

I ended up deciding to convert my social media book journey into a blog journey. I also read 4 books this month which I feel is a pretty good average for me. I have two toddlers so sometimes reading is put off until the end of the day. I generally read pretty fast but I also tend to fall asleep with my book if I’m tired enough. It’s a problem for sure! LOL.

Reading Progress

I read two ARCs this month, I dived deeper into the ACOTAR series (and cried for the first time in LITERAL YEARS from this book), and joined a book club through a group I am part of. I joined the unofficial House of Reason through Tome Books’ Discord. We created a separate Discord group and now have a monthly book club going.

Favorite Book of the Month

It was a hard toss between A Court of Mist and Fury and The Enchanted Greenhouse for my favorite this month. Ultimately, I chose ACOMAF because it made me cry. It had me on the edge of my seat at the end. I have not cried since reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince so I feel like this deserves a good highlight.
