Quick Review (Spoiler Free)
I struggled in the first half to get used to the writing of the time. But I enjoyed the story and the relationship between Lizzy and Darcy. There are so many characters in this book, and I’m kind of impressed that there was as much story to each of them. There were so many little hiccups and scandals within the story that I wouldn't have guessed would happen. I can definitely see why people are fans of Austen's writing.

My best friend recommended the Rosamund Pike audio version of this book after I got through a good chunk of the beginning of the Spotify audio version. Rosamund's version was so much more engaging. The voices that she does for each character make it come to life. I feel like it was difficult for me to read the language from the early 1800s... apparently my vocabulary is not as grand as Austen's. LOL!
